We specialize in teaching your team the fundamentals of can seaming and then we build on that knowledge. While classroom and theory are integral parts to the training process, we also train on "Your" machine using precision techniques and best practices to ensure knowledge retention and a solid skill set for self-sufficiency.
Did You Know......90% of seam defects are a result of improper seamer set ups or adjustments? We will teach you how NOT to damage tooling during adjustments and conversions. The seaming roll pictured was improperly set to the seaming chuck. Damaged tooling is a very expensive lesson; both in lost production and spoilage. Your team will have the confidence and expertise to keep your seamer in proper adjustment. You can't afford not to have the knowledge. Protect your Brand!
